I’ve been trying to use the new Outlook for months. I have two mail accounts. outlook.com and Exchange Online. When I switch, the Exchange online account works fine, but my personal outlook.com account does not work. Very helpful error is “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
This account has a custom domain name attached to it. I’ve also tried the @outlook.com address I have for that account and I get the error “this account cannot be added to Outlook. Please try a different address”
Can new outlook not work with Outlook.com?
