After Feb 2020 update, Camera stopped working

Installed the updates this week to standard Windows 10 — not in fast ring. All of a sudden, Windows Hello started having problems, and now face recognition no longer works. Error Message, “We couldn’t find a camera compatible with windows hello face.” Is this a known issue?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Never mind. I ran Check for Updates, twice, with restart and both times I was told, "You're up to date." But the third time check and restart was the charm. Camera has turned itself back on.
