Best Windows 10 Alternatives?

Now with Microsoft officially putting Windows 10 out to the pasture.

What are the best alternatives everyone here’s found to Windows 10?

I am currently eyeing Chrome Flex for a 2014 HP ProBook G2 and Fedora or Zorin for a mini Optiplex 3040.
