Error stops upgrade

Hi All, Looking for wisdom here. I’m trying to upgrade my Lenovo i5 3 year old Yoga to the latest Windows upgrade 24H something or other). It won’t let me, giving me an error message of 0xc1900101. Checking it out, it seems to be a USB driver issue. I have a stock computer and I see nothing wrong in the device driver panel. Checking on fixes, it looks like I have to virtually reinstall Windows! Ok, I exaggerate, but not by much. Come on, it’s at upgrade. Shouldn’t be that hard. Anyone encounter this before or have any suggestions? I’ve never had an issue with my Macs on upgrades. Is there any way I can decline and remove the upgrade as it keeps bugging me to install it, and after three tries I quit. Suggestions? Thanks so much! Gary
