Home network shares and Windows 11

Is anyone else having problems with shared folders on a home network with a mix of Windows 10 and 11 computers?

My network is a mix of older Windows 10 machines and two Windows 11 devices. On all of them, I share out the public folders and I typically share my documents folder. Permissions are set to require credentials. All of the devices can access the shares on the Windows 10 machines, but none can access the shares on the Windows 11 machines. All computers recognize each other on the network. When prompted for credentials to connect, they are always rejected.

I think it may have something to do with the move to password-less sign-on in Windows 11, but I am not sure. Oh well, another rabbit hole to dive down.
