In the vein of ‘Microsoft getting desperate’ with OneDrive

Here’s some interesting observed behavior regarding OneDrive. I am running a Windows 11 certified machine on 23H2, getting ready to enroll it in the Insider program. The machine was created with a local account only. I don’t use OneDrive so I always uninstall it and indeed it was gone. I decide to let the machine convert the local account to my online account so I could easily join the Insider program. I log out then back in and lo and behold, OneDrive is installed and enabled. I uninstall it. I then create a new local account so I have a backup and log out and back in with the local account. Once again, OneDrive is re-installed and enabled! I hadn’t yet enrolled in the Inside program yet so that’s not the reason. I then delete the online account and re-create my original local account with the previous name (uninstalling OneDrive again) and yep, once logged back in OneDrive is again installed and enabled. I am sorry but I removed OneDrive for a reason and it’s not ok that they keep re-installing it AND enabling it.
