ISO for Windows 10 1709?

Does anyone have a link to a the ISO for 1709? I have a computer that has failed to upgrade to 1803 several times, and I would like to take it back to a clean state of 1709. It is running enough Win32 applications that I would prefer to repair it rather than do a clean installation.

I have not used this site myself nor do I know if these are safe or legal but appears to have ISO's for older versions. Microsoft appears to have removed the ability to download older versions directly from their own site. For machines that fail to update to 1803 directly I have found that using an 1803 ISO and installing it with the network/Internet disconnected works. There also is a group policy setting for preventing Windows from trying to install drivers for specified hardware ID's in case it's a driver incompatibility issue.

Thanks for the link. It looks as safe as that sort of link can.

I found an article on ghacks, that pointed to the Windows ISO Download tool, as well as another web site, which was recommended by someone on answers dot Microsoft dot com.

I am using the download tool now, so we shall see. The problem computer is so old I need to boot it from a DVD for the repair.

    FYI, the md5sum of Win10_1709_English_x64.iso (as of Mar. 19, 2018) was 5e8bdef20c4b468f868f1f579197f7cf

Can't help for the 32 bit version, however.

See: for an ISO that shows this sum...

It is astonishing to me that Microsoft doesn't offer all supported versions of Windows 10 available for ISO download.
