Minimal shortcut key

If I create shortcut on desktop for, lets say chrome. I then have to ctrl+alt+c

If I leave it on task bar, i have to click with mouse, or touch screen, which i haven’t got : (

what is the simplest way of… Imaginary world, hit C on keyboard & Et Voila… app launched, or as close as : )
