ni_release – Magic Window?

I’m currently on Windows build 22623.1325 ni_release. I have a couple of questions….

1) Does anyone know if Microsoft will let me get off the Beta channel during the (current) magic window?

2) What is the ni_release? I don’t see anything useful when I google it.
