SB2/Scrolling/Trackpad/Edge

So, my SB2 finally came yesterday evening. Ran updates and it did some firmware, drivers, then 1709.

After all that, I installed my usual programs. One adjustment I always make is to speed up the mouse pointer and speed up the scrolling.

Google Chrome respects this and the scrolling is the speed I like. However, Windows screens and Edge do not seem to care about those settings. Scrolling on Edge is horribly slow for me. I should note all of this is on the trackpad.

Anyone ever seen/solved this? Every Windows app I install works how I wish, but the OS and Edge scroll at the same speed as before I changed the number of lines parameter.
