SD issues on Venue 10 Pro

Been having this issue on my 128 GB Dell Venue 10 Pro tablet going back to 1607, which yesterday got upgraded to Windows 10 Version 1803, where explorer.exe unmounts the sd card during a copy and paste from the system drive. I go into device manager and see the SD card listed under disk drives and in properties it say device is working properly? Anyone else with the exact same tablet run into this issue? By the way, the SD card does work.
