should I upgrade to win11?

My gaming and only windows pc, which also doubles up as work-from-home PC a couple of days per week, still runs on windows 10. The main reason is because I sometimes game in vr and in the beginning wmr was problematic on windows 11. Not sure if and how the situation has improved today. From one point of view, having a PC that will get only security updates until 2025 seems like a dream. From another point of view I wonder if I am missing out on new features. This has been exacerbated by all the AI fuzz and now I am very tempted to move to win11. What do you think? Is there something important I am missing by not upgrading to windows 11?
