    <p>Even more amazing – At some point, someone at MS went to the trouble to recompile this application to be 64-bit native, so it is not an actual Win95 era binary. But otherwise, they didn’t change anything else.</p>

    <p>I just checked, and there is an ARM64 native version of dialer.exe in WOA. ?</p><p>Looks (and presumably works – I didn’t check) just like the x64/x86 version.</p>
