With the latest Windows 10 RS5 build 17758.1 it is again possible to leave the Windows Insider Programm completely.

<p>I always wait until a build is released to the slow ring with an accompanying ISO available. That's usually the signal that the time has come but it isn't fool-proof. (See builds 17738 & 17744 for proof of that…)</p>

I had to go back and do it all over again (re-enroll in Insider Fast, download latest build, dis-enroll) on several PCs. </p><p><br></p><p>I'll publish something when I think it's safe. I'll probably be a bit more conservative this time given how badly last time went. </p><p><br></p><p>Also, I don't believe this build is it.</p>
