Microsoft Announces New Games with Gold for April

Microsoft has revealed the next Games with Gold titles that will be free to grab for Xbox Live Gold subscribers in April. The first two games to be available starting April 1 are the platform game Another Sight and the city-building game Outpost Kaloki X.

Two other games will follow on April 16 with the puzzle adventure game Hue and the off-road racing game MTX vs. ATV Alive. The latter, an Xbox 360 game, was actually previously offered to Gold subscribers back in January 2015.

Overall, these four games represent $75 in value and 3200 in Gamerscore, which is slightly lower than the March Games with Gold lineup. Microsoft’s Games with Gold program has slowly but surely lost its appeal since Microsoft launched Xbox Game Pass, and we’ll likely hear about new Game Pass games coming in April later this week.

If you haven’t done it yet, we remind you that you have until Thursday, March 31 to grab The Flame in the Flood and SpongeBob’s Truth or Square for free with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. The first one can be played as long as you keep your subscription active, while the second one, an Xbox 360 game, is yours to keep forever.
