After a massive leak revealed Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox Series X|S mid-gen refresh, the Xbox team keeps operating as usual. And today, the company has just revealed the next games coming to the Game Pass library.
The soulslike Lies of P has just joined Game Pass on its launch day, and there will be four more day one launches between today and October 3: Party Animals will be the first one tomorrow, and it will be followed by Payday 3 on Thursday, September 21.

Cocoon, a new game from the lead gameplay designer of the cult-classic platformers Limbo and Inside will also launch on day one on Game Pass on September 29. The upcoming turn-based strategy game will be the last day one launch on October 3, and it will be added to the Game Pass library alongside the open-world action RPG title Gotham Knights.

Microsoft also announced this morning that seven games will leave the Game Pass library at the end of the month, including Square Enix’s Outriders. This one was a brand new IP that launched on day one on Game Pass back in April 2021, and it kickstarted a series of new high-profile third-party games coming to the service on their release date, such as Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Extraction or Asobo Studios’ A Plague Tale: Requiem.
