S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, Nine Sols, and Aliens: Dark Descent Are Coming to Game Pass in November

This is a big week for Game Pass subscribers as two big games will soon be coming to the service on day one. The first is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, which will be available later today on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. It will be followed tomorrow by the much-anticipated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 comes 15 years after the latest games in the series, Call of Pripyat, and it has been delayed multiple times due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine impacting its developer GSC Game World. The game is an Xbox console exclusive, and it’s already available for pre-loading on Xbox Series X|S consoles. Make sure to have enough storage as it will take no less than 142.8GB on your console.

Next week, the 2D action-platformer Nine Sols will also come to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on November 26. The following day, the real-time tactics video game Aliens: Dark Descent will also come to all Game Pass subscribers, including the new $14.99/month Game Pass Standard tier. The latter will also get two new games that are already available on other tiers, Little Kitty, Big City and PlateUp.

Tomorrow, November 20 also marks the launch of the free-to-play open-world adventure RPG Genshin Impact on Xbox Series X|S consoles. On this occasion, Microsoft has teamed up with Chinese developer HoYoverse to offer recurring rewards to Game Pass Ultimate members. These rewards will be available via the game’s mailbox system.

Lastly, nine games will be removed from the Game Pass library at the end of the month, including Conan Exiles, Hello Neighbor 2, and Remnant: From the Ashes. Game Pass subscribers can purchase these games with a 20% discount before they disappear from the service on November 30.
