Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, a remake of the classic skateboarding games is coming to all consoles, PC, and Game Pass on July 11. That also includes the Nintendo Switch and the aging Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles.
The new remake will follow the release of the critically acclaimed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 in 2020. This new game will have a career mode that includes original tours from both Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4, all parks from the original games, plus some new ones. All music tracks from the original games will be there as well, with new ones completing the mix.
“Multiple new skaters are joining the original line-up, and you’ll also be able to create your own skater, not only customizing their appearance, but their hometown, skating style, and more,” the Xbox team explained today. THPS 3+4 will also support cross-platform multiplayer with up to 8 skaters, and the game will also introduce new creation tools.
You can already pre-order Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 today, and that will give you access to the Foundry Demo in June plus an extra in-game shader for Tony Hawk once the game releases on July 11. Game Pass will get access to the game on day one, and there’s a good chance we’ll see Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 land on the Game Pass library before the summer.
