Microsoft aired today a 30-minute Xbox Partner Preview broadcast featuring 19 upcoming games from third-party developers, with 14 of them set to come on day one to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The list includes the critically-acclaimed Hades II, which is currently a Nintendo Switch console exclusive, the hardcore platformer Super Meat Boy 3D, and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, a second game inspired by the universe of the popular sci-fi TV series.
One of the most interesting games Microsoft announced today is Stranger Than Heaven, an action-adventure game that will be set over five different eras and across five different Japanese cities. This title will get a dedicated broadcast on May 6.
We also got our first look at Cost of Hope, the first DLC for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 coming this summer. Unfortunately, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has already been removed from the Game Pass library, so this first DLC won’t be coming to the service either.
Here are the 14 upcoming games that will be coming on day one to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, all with Xbox Play Anywhere support
The other new games showcased today that won’t be coming to Game Pass include Dispatch, Serious Sam: Shatterverse, Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish, and Artificial Detective. You can rewatch the full broadcast on YouTube, but the Xbox team also published the following video recap.
