Xbox Ultimate Game Sale is Now Live

Xbox is no stranger to hyperbole, but this is actually a really big sale, with over 250 deals on Xbox One and Xbox 360 game titles and over 30 offers for PC games. Dubbed the Ultimate Game Sale, it runs for one week, from today through July 11.

“Save up to 40 to 60 percent on Xbox games, with some titles at more than 60 percent off,” Microsoft’s Larry Hyrb explains. “If you’re an Xbox Live Gold member, you can save up to an additional 10 percent.”

One amusing side note: Microsoft had its “biggest Xbox game sale” last December, and then had what I called an “amazing” Xbox One game sale in February. So it’s probably fair to say that there’s never any reason to pay full price for an Xbox game, unless of course you need to have it on the day of release.
