Halo 3 is Now Available on PC

The iconic Xbox game Halo 3 is now available on the PC for the first time via the Microsoft Store, Steam, and Xbox Game Pass.

“Finish the fight between the Covenant, the Flood and the entire human race in the dramatic, pulse-pounding conclusion to the original Halo trilogy,” Microsoft’s Athima Chansanchai writes. “Relive 11 unforgettable missions and fight through 24 multiplayer maps, complete with enhanced Spartan customization and an all-new progression system spanning each game within Halo: The Master Chief Collection.”

Halo 3 supports 4K UHD graphics at 60 frames per second (FPS) on the PC, which makes this an ideal time to revisit this classic. I’ve been playing through the single-player campaign on Steam since the weekend and will publish some thoughts on this remaster soon.

Halo 3 for PC is $9.99 for the standalone game or you can grab it as part of the Halo: Master Chief Collection, which costs $39.99.
