Is it me or are the quality of games with gold going down? I feel like this is a real thing because MS wants to promote gamepads

Yeah, I’ve been kind of wondering the same. Two OG Xbox games? Two?

Portal knights looks like fine. My kids and I are almost through Minecraft dungeons on the apocalypse level – still a few hours of co-op to go though. This could be a good couch co-op game for us to play next. Neat!

To me Xbox Gold is such a great service. I will state outright, I don't play multiplayer, other than some co-op Diablo 3 ever so often. But the four free games per month is great value. I would not have bought any of these games, but I will look at two of these at least because they are free. I hope Gold stay. It is a good price vs value for me personally, considering my disposal time available to game.
