Microsoft is working on a brand-new experience for Xbox Support. The company is introducing a new version of the Xbox Support website, where users can find all the help they need for their Xbox devices and the games/apps on their Xbox devices.
The new Xbox Support site has actually been rebuilt from the ground-up with a new interface, improved functionality, and faster performance.

Xbox’s new support site mainly focuses on a smarter search feature. Microsoft says the company has improved search to focus exclusively on support content, and will now offer smarter results than before.
And when you sign-in to your Microsoft Account, the site will also offer personalised content, and give you notifications for problems like when a game is down, for example. The updated site also provides new tools for contacting the support team in every support article, too.
The new beta is actually enabled by default for everyone, and you get taken to the new site automatically when visiting Xbox Support. That is certainly a bit weird considering the new site isn’t complete yet and may contain some issues. Microsoft says it is rolling out the new site on a region-by-regions basis, so you may not see the new site straight away.
