Samsung Announces Galaxy Note 10 Launch Event

It’s almost Galaxy Note season. Samsung sent out press invites for its next Unpacked event to the press last night, teasing the company’s upcoming Galaxy Note 10.

Samsung will be announcing the new Galaxy Note 10 on the 7th of August at 4PM ET, giving us our first look at the next upgrade for the Note line. There isn’t a lot we know about the Galaxy Note 10 so far, apart from the fact that it could have two different sizes: a 6.28-inch model, and 6.75-inch model.

Samsung could also be getting rid of the 3.5mm headphone jack on the device. It’s also even planning to offer 5G variants for the different sizes of the devices, meaning there could be four total Galaxy Note 10 models, and then there’s the different color variations, too.

The invite for the event doesn’t necessarily give out much, either. We get to see an S Pen circling around a camera lens, forming an exclamation mark. That could be two of the biggest focus points for this year’s Galaxy Note, focusing on the camera and the S Pen. Samsung introduced massive upgrades to the camera with the Galaxy S10, and it could take things to another level with the new Note 10. One thing that the company is reportedly working on in three-stage variable aperture for the rear camera.

Samsung will be live-streaming the event on August 7, and we will be covering it live, of course.

It could also mean that the pen gets an integrated camera.

If the Note would have a camera as consistent at a Pixel. it would be my daily phone. I just love the power of the Note but the camera usually disappoints.
