Samsung Raises the Prices of its Galaxy S26 Phones and Other Models

Samsung Galaxy S26

Samsung is the latest phone manufacturer to raise the prices of its smartphones due to the ongoing RAM and storage crisis. The Galaxy S26 series and other models are affected in the US and other markets (via 9to5Google), and the base Galaxy S26, which was already $100 more expensive than its predecessor when it launched earlier this year, now starts at $999.

As separately reported by PhoneArena, other recent Galaxy phones such as the midrange Galaxy A57 and the cheaper A17, A27, and A37 models are also getting price increases, but they’re not as significant. You can find the updated US prices for Samsung’s main Galaxy phones below:

  • Galaxy A17 – $269 (previously $249)
  • Galaxy A27 – $379 (previously $349)
  • Galaxy A37 128GB – $489 (previously $449)
  • Galaxy A37 256GB – $609 (previously $539)
  • Galaxy A57 (128GB) – $599 (previously $549)
  • Galaxy A57 (256GB) – $679 (previously $609)
  • Galaxy S26 256GB – $999 (previously $899)
  • Galaxy S26 512GB – $1,199 (previously $1,099)
  • Galaxy S26+ 256GB – $1,199 (previously $1,099)
  • Galaxy S26+ 512GB – $1,399 (previously $1,299)
  • Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB – $1,399 (previously $1,299)
  • Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB – $1,599 (previously $1,499)
  • Galaxy S26 Ultra 1TB – $1,999 (previously $1,799)

Unfortunately, Samsung isn’t the only company to raise prices this week. Google’s Pixel 10a also got a $100 price bump and now starts at $599. The freshly released Pixel 11 series was also more expensive than last year’s lineup, with all 2026 models being $100 pricier than their predecessors.
