Samsung Announces Galaxy Unpacked 2023 In-Person Event on February 1st

Samsung has just announced a Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event on February 1 at the Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco. This will be the company’s first in-person event in 3 years, but it will also be streamed live on YouTube.

“A new era of Galaxy innovation is coming. Our innovations are designed to enable incredible possibilities for people today and beyond. The new Galaxy S series will be the epitome of how we define the ultimate premium experience. We’re raising the bar and setting new standards for what’s epic,” Samsung teased in the announcement.

Samsung is expected to unveil its Galaxy S23 series at the event, and the invitation image seems to suggest a triple camera setup. According to previous reports, we may see a new 200MP sensor in the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also suggested that Samsung may go all in on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips and drop its in-house Exynos chips for global variants of the Galaxy S23 series.

The Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will kick off at 10 AM PST on February 1. Once again, the company is letting early enthusiasts reserve the upcoming Galaxy phones on its website and get up to $100 Samsung credit if they preorder two devices.
