Google this week delivered its first monthly software update for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro that first shipped in October. In addition to providing the usual monthly security fixes, this update also addresses an Android 14 storage bug that impacted users with multiple user profiles.

The rollout will continue over the next week in phases depending on carrier and device. Users will receive a notification once the OTA [over-the-air update] is available for their device.”
