Surface Book, Surface Laptop Line Get New Firmware Updates

Microsoft is rolling out new firmware updates for some devices on the Surface line. The company started rolling out a new set of firmware updates for a couple of Surface devices last night.

These updates are coming to the Surface Laptop 2, Surface Laptop, Surface Book 2, Surface Book, and the Surface Pro 4 (via WBI). The firmware updates for all the devices include fixes for Surface UEFI. More notably, Microsoft says the updates resolve “potential security vulnerabilities”.

My Surface Pro 4 has not been updated to Windows 1903. The update page says my "device isn't quite ready for it." I've tried removing the SD card, but that made no difference. Ran the update troubleshooter and the Surface Diagnostic Tool. No problems found. Tried to run the Windows Updater, but it would not update.

Anyone else having this issue?
