Do they ship with Windows 1903 or 1909?

As, of course, has virtually every computer from every reputable vendor for the last twenty years.

      In reply to MikeGalos:

Engineering “Sir, for the first time we did! We achieved the goal of releasing a new product with minor bugs and security flaws were not identified in our tests. We had people jamming at it and no glitches. We have work so hard and really focused on what matters to users. We can move on to new features for the next release with confidence”

Product Manager: “Excellent job. Been using it for the last two weeks I was impressed. But I am afraid Mike Galos will not understand it. We need a feature that give this release a sense of being Reputable. Yes, a sense of good Reputation.”

Engineering: “Well, we can always come up with a Day One firmware update”

Product Manager: “Excellent ideia. I would say not only one, but several in sequence”.

Engineering: “Brilliant. Will show Mike Galo that we are so active and that we care so much. Otherwise Mike Gallo would think that we don’t”

      Product Manager: ”Let’s do it!!”

I'm confused if MS is pulling an Apple or simply doing what it does best.

Hasn't these been the case with every generation of Surface products?

And most other manufacturers' devices also have similar updates at or soon after launch.
