    <p>I agree with Paul’s comment during the live event that a round pen is better than the flat "carpenter’s pencil". But, it’s more of a form vs function thing, I think. A flat one is easier to store in a "garage" on/under a keyboard. (But, the new one looks like a digital thermometer.)</p><p><br></p><p>Full props to MS for the mobility/adaptability accessories. During the Surface Event, it was sobering to hear the guy say we are all going to be disabled at some point, it’s just a matter of time.</p><p><br></p><p>The Surface Duo bumpers are a good add-on, too. I wish more mobile phones had them. I remember the rubber bumper on my iPhone 4 — provided a fair amount of protection when dropped, the grippy rubber let you place the phone securely on a flat surface, and the full front &amp; rear of phone were on display. (What’s the point of getting a colored phone if it’s completely covered by a case?)</p>
