Microsoft has posted an apology up on its Answer forum for customers who have been impacted by the various issues with the new devices. Josh_F writes, “For those of you who’ve had a less-than-perfect experience, we’re sorry for any frustration this has caused”; you can read the entire post here.
This is not the first apology of the day by Microsoft, for those who were impacted by the OneDrive cuts earlier this year, the company is also making amends to those individuals as well.
The company says that they are listening to all of the feedback, and there has been plenty of it, but for most, this still doesn’t end the frustration of having a device that is not perfect. Still, an apology is a good thing here as the company works to fix the problems that have impacted the devices.
