Here’s the deal:

You can get up to $200 off any Intel Core i5 or i7-based Surface Pro 4 (the Core m3 version remains at the same price) and you a free Type Cover. The best part is that that Type Cover can be any Type Cover, including the more expensive ones. (The Type Cover choice still applies to the Core m3 version of the Surface Pro 4, too.) So this works out to be up to $360 off a complete Surface Pro 4 package.

So. Here’s the today-only pricing on Surface Pro 4, at the Microsoft Store, in the US only.

Surface Pro 4 – Intel Core m3, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage – $899 (normal price)

Surface Pro 4 – Intel Core i5, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage – $849 ($150 off)

Surface Pro 4 – Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage – $1039.20 ($200 off)

Surface Pro 4 – Intel Core i7, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage – $1279.20 ($200 off)

Surface Pro 4 – Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage – $1439.20 ($200 off)

Note, too, that you can customize a Core i5 or Core i7 Surface Pro 4 with more RAM and/or storage.

And here are your Type Cover choices. Each is free with the purchase of any Surface Pro 4, today only:

Surface Pro 4 Type Cover (Black, Blue, Bright Blue, Red, or Teal) – normally $129.99

Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID (Onyx) – normally $159.99

Surface Special Edition NFL Type Cover (any NFL team) – normally $159.99

Surface Pro 4 Signature Type Cover (Alcantara) – normally $159.99

Obviously, you should choose one of the more expensive ones regardless of which Surface Pro 4 you choose. I would go with the Signature Type Cover, personally.

Wow, I bought that i5 8GB/256GB for $1299 from local MicroCenter a few months back, but still had to pay for the Type Keyboard. Those prices are terrific.
