In the market for a Surface Pro 4? You can get an NFL Type Cover for free right now, regardless of model. And two Pro 4 models are $200 off as well.
That means a total potential savings of $360 if your choices line up correctly. Not too shabby.

This week’s sale is at the Microsoft Store, of course, and as with the sale I mentioned earlier this week, it’s almost certainly part of an inventory drill-down in preparation for a coming new Surface Pro product. But whatever, a savings of $160 to $360 is always appreciated.
Here’s how you get there.
First, you should get an NFL Type Cover even if you’re not into football: These keyboard covers are normally $160, but they’re not free with any Surface Pro 4 purchase. A base Type Cover is only $130, but those aren’t free.
Next, you need to choose a Surface Pro 4 model that is on sale. Those that are include:
Surface Pro 4 with Intel Core m3, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage. Now $699. Normally $899. $200 off.
Surface Pro 4 with Intel Core i5, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage. Now $799. Normally $999. $200 off.
The other models are the normal price, as are customized devices. But remember that the NFL Type Cover is free if you configure it at purchase, regardless of model.
I recommend the New England Patriots Type Cover, obviously.
