iOS 11.2.1 introduced the same slowdown of the device to iPhone 7s with consumed batteries that 10.2.1 introduced to iPhone 6 and 6s, etc. A phone with a new battery WILL be faster whether you restored the data or the data was always on the device :)

Was amusing to listen to Paul speculate though :D

Brad: Did they tell you how many cycles your phone had been through to get it down to 69% ?

I agree with Paul that some users will be fine with a ARM based Windows. But I also believe many user will unknowingly buy one of these ARM devices thinking its just Windows 10. Maybe that will work for them, maybe not. If there is no path to a Windows Home or Pro edition on a ARM device. Then this could be a problem for some, especially if they were assuming it would work just like a x86 Windows device. It will be interesting to see how many users actually using these devices end up liking them.
