Please understand, not trying to be a jerk or picky, but the difference in your 2 cameras almost makes this difficult to watch full screen. Just playing on the site is not so bad. Sorry-that probably sounds really rude and I don't mean it to be-just sometimes folks want to know.

I've never owned one, but oddly enough I used to hear good things about Packard Bell's OOBE. Wonder if it's true?

I've checked up on the version that comes preloaded with the Surface Pro LTE, with some local MS representatives

Contrary to the Surface Pro *without* LTE, this device is considered a business device first and foremost. As 1703 is the "current branch for business", this is what comes preloaded on the LTE model. This is also the reason that Autopilot doesn't work on the LTE model.
