So Brad, just a suggestion. You might want to read Professor David Robertosn's book Brick by Brick. He was The LEGO Professor at IMB Business School in Switzerland, then moved to Wharton , and now at MIT School of Business. He has been a customer of mine for almost a decade. Since being the LEGO Professor (an endowed chair at IMB) he had very intimate access to LEGO. The stories of Surface and LEGO have some good correlations. In 2002, LEGO was almost bankrupt, and now is the the most profitable toy company in the world. How they turned it around is the premise of his book . Interesting read. https://www.amazon.com/Brick-Rewrote-Innovation-Conquered-Industry/dp/0307951618

And it is a pretty fun read for a business book.
