<p>LOL…to have the EU users "pay" for Google's fine and regulation, is both business management 101 and economics 101.</p><p><br></p><p>Of course, Google would do such a thing, because they are a business and had to trickle the costs to the consumer. This is why it is absolutely FOOLISH to tax and regulate companies, because they trickle all that cost to us, the consumer. </p><p><br></p><p>I know Thurrott called this "brilliant" but it's not. It's normal.</p>
