On this episode of First Ring Daily, Apple has a new couple of new iPads, a confusing Pencil strategy, and the Xbox Analysts.

Come to our event in NYC, on March 26th, it’s free, probably fun, and will be a good time.

Call me crazy, but the Apple TV app functionality Paul describes sounds a LOT like a Windows Phone style hub.

I am surely not an apple fan. I am in a sort of a love/hate relationship with apple and I recently transitioned from a macbook pro to a surface book 2. I would love substituting my ipad as well with a windows tablet but that's unfortunately impossible due to very well known reasons. Having said all this, I think that the pencil is linked to the connector. iPads with the lightning port use the old pencil, ipads with the USB C port use the new pencil. I am not saying it's right or appropriate but I think this is the logic behind it.

Cheers

V.
