<p>Growing up I started doing weight-lifting early on, in my early to mid-teens, mostly learning from fitness shows back then on ESPN, hosted by pro bodybuilders, using dumbells at home, learning proper technique from the pros I was watching. As I got older and got a gym membership, I would see people at the gym using all sorts of improper technique but most of the time was too shy to tell them this is how you're suppose to do it, like Paul said, it isn't easy to walk up to someone, another grown man, to tell them this is how your suppose to work this machine, it's an awkward exchange that most will choose not to engage in. But in the tech world, as all techy's should do, if you see someone doing something incorrectly and you can help them, I always do, in many cases I go overboard with how much I help them lol.</p>

<p>The notion of companies being predatory reminds me of a 20/20 interview with Bill Gates in the early '90s … they asked him if Microsoft was predatory, and he replied, "No … I mean, we're not like alligators, we don't go around and eat things, we just make these nice little boxes, and you either have fun and get work done and it sells well, or it's a bad product that doesn't sell well, that's all Microsoft is."</p>
