    <p>There *are* other reasons to re-org, even if things are generally going well. It's not only done to fix something that's broken. It could be done to create a new structure that better fits long term strategic plans, or shift resources into a place they can be taken advantage of better. There's countless reasons why big companies shift their management around. It happens a lot. I once worked at a well known Fortune 500 company where the CEO liked to shuffle his C level staff around every year or two just to keep them on their toes. </p>

    <p>So this is just a big WAG on your part? Also I could care less about HDMI in. In fact now I do not have to remember which HDMI I plug into for output only, which is a plus IMHO.</p>
