Lookin’ good, Paul. I’ve found there can be any number of issues that affect webcam quality, including the port to which you connect the device. For instance, I’ve had markedly different results running a camera directly into my laptop vs. going through a port on a USB-C dock, even though it’s a USB 3.0 port. I assume you and Brad are going through a Teams/Zoom meeting and Brad is using something like OBS to record his screen/audio. If so, then he’s generally going to look sharper, because his video feed is local. You might look into recording on your end as well and then providing Brad with the recording to integrate in post, but that adds a whole other layer of complexity.

price tier of your internet provider has something to do with the recent problems. Maybe you were in some sort of legacy system with really good availability and now they dumped you in with rest of the riffraff on their janky low cost servers…

I have a Logitech Brio 4K Webcam now mainly for Windows Hello features as it was one of the first to launch and recently got my Son one too for his new Computer build. I did however just see and hear about the new Dell 4K Camera that launched and also has Windows Hello built-in. Airif Bacchus over at OnMsft reviewed it and looks like it is nice and gives a near DLSR quality with the Sony sensor it is using. Might need to take a look at that.
