    <p>Paul seems to have "fixed" his crappy video to a large degree. Can you ask him to comment on this? He kept suggesting that his fancy webcam and/or the Lenovo X1’s 720p webcam were to blame. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Was it as simple as adding some lighting? Or some tweaks to your webcasting app?</span></p>

      <p>I went back to my old webcam and got another light. I did mention this the day it happened.</p>

    <p>Sorry I’ve been looking for what happened but must have missed this one. I suspect the LIGHT (actually, the lack thereof) was the primary thing that your previous webcam had so much trouble with. It was probably trying to auto-adjust exposure, gamma, saturation, or some such thing and the lack of a good light probably stressed it out.</p><p><br></p><p>VERY glad you got it fixed. Seriously… it was difficult to watch for so long.</p>
