Beer pick of the week: Blue Hills Brewery does IPA right
It’s time to dispel a misconception. I don’t hate IPAs. It’s just that most IPAs suck. But my local brewery does IPAs right. And all of their IPAs are spectacular. My two favorites are Quarter Mile (Double IPA) and Imperial Red (both of which, shocker, are high in alcohol), but Black Hops (not technically IPA, but awesome name) and the classic Blue Hill IPA are both great too. Folks, IPA doesn’t have to suck.
