    <p>In its filing, Google also cited a 1979 court decision on tracking phone numbers, which stated that "a person has no legitimate expectation of privacy in information he voluntarily turns over to third parties."</p><p><br></p><p>John Simpson of Consumer Watchdog, the advocacy group that discovered the court document, said it suggests that "Google has finally admitted they don’t respect privacy."</p>
