I doubt even it will cause a shift in any particular behaviour. </p><p><br></p><p>The same can be said about the iPhone X, by the way. The truth is, IMHO, since Apple introduced the Siri on the iPhone 4, there has been little innovation in the mobile space as far as device capabilities go. Yes, smartphones are better, but that is basically it, better and better. </p><p><br></p><p>This is not to say there is no advances in tech, but its quite predictable. I can tell you what comes next, There will be a new iPhone that … and than a Samsung phone that …</p><p><br></p><p>But that is ok.</p><p><br></p><p>Examples of stuff that shifted people behavior:</p><p><br></p><p>Amazon Alexa</p><p>Amazon Store</p><p>Google Search</p><p>Google Maps</p><p>Gmail</p><p>iPhone </p><p>iPod</p><p>iPad</p><p>Siri</p><p>Airplay</p><p>Windows PC</p><p>Office</p><p>Visual Studio .NET</p><p>Slack</p><p>Roku</p><p>Netflix</p><p>HBO / Game of Thrones</p><p>Spotify </p><p>Playstatiion</p><p>Nintendo Wii</p><p>Whats App</p><p>Facebook</p><p>Skype (pre Microsoft)</p><p>SAP</p><p>Siebel</p><p>Sales Force</p><p>Intel PC</p><p>ARM</p><p>….</p><p><br></p><p>Notice that it does not matter if they were the first or not to engage a particular problem domain or if they were the first to apply a particular technique. But if you are curious overall how they did it, the underlying vision and leadership ….</p><p><br></p><p>there is plenty of innovation going on …</p>
