    <p>You can readily download YouTube vids from the VLC Player; the media information tab will show the direct URL to download the YT vid. </p>

    <p>We are quickly leaving the poor behind. For decades "free" broadcast TV is losing content to paid only solutions. Sure this has been a thing since cable started, but it's only getting worse.</p><p><br></p><p>In your talk about sports – Unless the sports leagues want to simply bail on the broadcast crowd, they can't leave the likes of those stations. </p><p><br></p><p>we're definitely being held back by the need to keep the less fortunate in mind to content.</p><p><br></p>

    <p>Streaming services and subscription creep is a real thing now. I had to make a spreadsheet to keep track of everything I sign up for, monthly and yearly…ugh.</p>
