HP Announces Three Nvidia RTX Spark-Powered PCs

At IFA 2026 this week, HP announced two laptops and a desktop PC powered by the Nvidia RTX Spark chipset.

“As AI transforms the way people create, develop, game, and work, HP is focused on delivering devices that help bring intelligent experiences directly into everyday workflows,” HP president Samuel Chang said. “The HP OmniBook Ultra 16, HP OmniBook X 14, and HP OmniDesk powered by RTX Spark represent a new generation of Windows PCs designed for developers, creators, gamers, and innovators who want local intelligent assistants and AI-powered applications, including open-source tools working alongside them.”

Each of the RTX Spark-powered PCs provides up to 128 GB of unified memory with up to 1 petaflop of FP4 (4-bit floating point) performance, enabling larger local AI models, including open source and open weight variants, HP says. They are:

HP OmniBook Ultra 16. This laptop provides a 16-inch 3K OLED display panel with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000, quad speakers, a 99-watt-hour battery with up to 17 hours of battery life, and a tower hinge and trunk architecture that maximizes airflow and heat dissipation, allowing the device to be “exceptionally thin” and premium. There will be 32, 64, and 128 GB configurations with 1 or 2 TB of SSD storage.

HP OmniBook X 14. This laptop brings RTX Spark into HP’s thin and light laptop line with a rear thermal architecture, heat-pipe design, and optimized airflow, a 14-inch 3K OLED panel with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000, up to 15 hours of battery life, and fast charging with a 140-watt USB-C GaN adapter. There will be 32, 64, and 128 GB configurations with 1 or 2 TB of SSD storage.

HP OmniDesk. This one is a bit further out, and HP says it will share more details about its features and availability closer to launch.

The HP OmniBook Ultra 16 and OmniBook X 14 will ship this fall, and pricing for all three PCs will be provided closer to each’s availability.
