Yes, you have heard this before. Mouse and keyboard support is coming to the Xbox One, and this time, it’s actually here.
Microsoft just announced that it will start rolling out support for mouse and keyboard on the Xbox One to select Xbox Insiders in the coming weeks. The update to the Xbox One will allow users to use most wired or wireless USB keyboards and mice to play games on their Xbox One. Microsoft is, however, partnering with Razer to ensure the “best possible mouse and keyboard experience” on the Xbox One.

There’s a massive catch, though: mouse and keyboard support won’t work for all titles. Instead, it’s something developers will have to manually support on their games. This means if the developers of your favorite don’t update their game to include mouse and keyboard support, you’ll be out of luck. Microsoft says Warframe will be one of the first titles to support this feature in the coming weeks, though there is no word on when other big games like Fortnite, PUBG, etc. will receive support for mouse and keyboard.
