Microsoft has issued Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18950 to Fast ring testers, with just a few enhancements. The release comes just five days after the previous Fast ring build, which offered a peek at the future of Cortana.
This one is less impressive, and it offers just two updates of note.

Snip & Sketch improvements. Based on Microsoft’s language—“we are starting to roll out some more improvements…”—these may not be broadly available yet. But Snip & Sketch is picking up a single-window mode as an option, zoom capabilities, and a “how-to” that appears the first time you run the app.
Japanese IME Improvements. Continuing its work improving on Windows 10’s Input Method Editor (IME), which the Insider team has again declined to define in its blog post, this build specifically improves the Japanese IME with prediction candidate window key navigation and key customization.
