Microsoft Reveals Three Day-One Game Pass Games for July

Game Pass July 2024 wave 2

Microsoft revealed today the second wave of games that will hit the Game Pass library in July, and there’s still no Activision Blizzard game in sight. However, there will be three new games that will be available on day one on the game subscription service.

The first one is Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, which was one of the third-party games Microsoft showed at its Xbox Games Showcase last month. It’s an action-RPG from the developers of Ashen, a co-op RPG that was also made available on Game Pass on day one back in 2018.

The action-adventure RPG Dungeons of Hinterberg will also be available on Game Pass on day one on Thursday, July 18. You may remember this game from the IGN x ID@Xbox digital showcase that aired back in April.

Lastly, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, an action-strategy game developed by Capcom is coming to Game Pass on day one on Friday, July 19. The game was previously highlighted during Microsoft’s Xbox Partner Preview event in March.

While these three new games are coming to the Game Pass library this week, three other games will disappear from the service at the end of the month: You can purchase A Short Hike, Train Sim World 4, and Venba with a 20% discount before they’re gone on July 31.
